    France does that a lot ive noticed.
    My copy of Kolibri came in a very battered case similar to that one but obv it was a bigger one and had a SEGA 32X logo and info regarded the game and system in written in FRENCH.

    Same thing with my MEGA CD copy of MIGNIGHT RAIDERS.

    I believe it to be legit

    Ye, its indeed legit I have 2 NES games thats sealed like this. It takes more space and are harder to store, but on the positive site they are more protected.

    Alas my friend it was not actually SEALED when it arrived as the game had no manual, the seller had managed to lose the manual but somehow retain the original holding packing, althoigh it had been cut open at the sides.

    So no
