I guess a couple of the Boscov's around here are getting out of the video game thing so all their games are 50% off!

I picked up:

America's Army at Gamecrazy for 21 bucks. It was a like new used copy so I saved alittle over the 30 dollar one that is on sale.

Due to an early morning rain and the fact it was New Years Eve, the dirt mall was considerably dead today. Nonetheless, I did find a title I'd been looking for...

Then I stopped at Toys 'R Us and I found (at least at mine), they finally got around to dropping Geist down to $10, so I picked that up (gonna bring back the one I got a Best Buy earlier this week). Also picked up Metal Slug Advance for $10.

I took a trip to one of my new favorite EBs, looking for any remaining Dreamcast merch for my newly gotten DC. I did find Grandia 2 and Soul Calibur complete and fairly cheap, given the still-going 50% discount.

I struck unexpected gold with PS1 games, though. They must've just gotten a new shipment in, because these weren't there 2 weeks ago...

2 copies of Castlevania: SOTN (I grabbed one, GH case and disc, other being disc only) $25 less 10% sounded fine to me. I don't collect PS1 games except for ones I want to play, or semi-rare ones (see next items), and I've been meaning to get ahold of SOTN for a few years now.

I also picked up, I presume, re-released copies of Persona 2 and Rhapsody for $30 apiece less the discount. Woot, especially considering the guy behind the counter said he intended to buy them.

Lastly, and maybe I screwed up but... They had a new-looking copy of Dragon Warrior VII for $30 and a fair-looking possibly complete (couldn't say about the book) copy of Suikoden 1 for $40. Am I stupid for passing these up? They seemed like fair prices, but not outstanding and I'd spent my limit for today.

Of course, if somebody is interested in either DW7 or Suikoden, PM me. I'll go grab them Monday if they're still there and we can deal.

Star Fox Adventures Offical Stratagy Guide-$1 be sitting on clearince forever so I finally bought it. Not bad since it's new.

I had the toughest time finding the AC: WW Guide. Checked my local Wal-Marts and they didn't happen. Then at a city about 30 mins aways checked GameStop and they didn't have it. Their Wal-Marts is in the same shopping center so I went in there and found it. Who knew getting a stratagy guide would be so hard

so i finally tried going to thrift stores today....all day long no luck. i finally decided that the market here is too competative...theres probably a ton of people cruising the thrift stores here. after about 10 stores i finally found some games...

and Vagrant Story for ps1 complete for $3.65

Flea market Sucked..It was Cold and less vendors then usual.

I took a few passes of tables,grabbed some RF switches only to find them ripped up.

After a delayed flight, my mom brought me some neat stuff from the 2 Phoenix area Bookmans (sorry, AZ DPers!):

Neon Genesis Evangelion Platinum:01 - P:04 - complete. slipcovers have shelf wear, cases, booklets, and discs are mint!
Excel Saga volume 1 - complete. disc is mint
Onimusha - complete, non-GH, slight manual cover damage, disc and insert are mint!

AZ gamers > western KY gamers for taking care of the stuff you trade in. Kudos.

I decided while all the kids were getting drunk and dead on new years eve, i'd check out gamestop and pick out a few games to keep myself amused.

someone aparently traded in a bunch of decent games:
there was a bunch I already had but these were ones i needed for my collection.
(the legacy of kain I bought by accident so if anyone needs it feel free to pm me)

what makes it funny, I played most of them with an exception to brave fencer and legia, and they all sucked bad..reallly really bad. (persona might be better but I was tired when I tried it)
