Default Anyone seen this variation before?

Ok so i picked this up on eBay awhile ago but i finally got it in the mail.
I wanted to know if anyone could shed any light on it.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MakeTrack=true

It is the only one i have ever seen, on eBay or in person.

Was it some sort of preoder version or a promo for something?

I'm pretty sure all versions of it have that music video...on the original disc. I wasn't aware that there was a version with a whole extra disc just for that (which would be a hell of a waste, really). Maybe it's an exclusive to a certain store or online retailer.

I do remember the video being on the original version of it when i played it.

I just stuck the disc in my PC and opened it up.
All that is on it is the Immortal track that Adema wrote for the game. And it is the song not the video.

They should have put the whole Insomniacs Dream EP disc in here...

    Anyone else know anything?

Midway has had a few odd promo / variants for the PS2, as have TDK.

The "with CD" version was probably originally a pre-order bonus...considering how few stores had pre-orders, many weren't really shipped.

The same goes for Midway's "NOT FOR RESALE" promo versions of Midway Arcade Treasures 1 / 2 / 3, Shadow Hearts, and Mortal Kombat DA that were given away when you pre-orders a game.

With Robotech, the PS2 version had the regular, collector's box, with DVD, and with Guide Book promos.

I've seen one selling for the normal price, albiet w/o the music disc. Could be a fun little variation in the future, seeing how popular MK is.

Yea i have the promo MK: DA aswell.
That came with the Pre-Order of Psi-Ops(only reason i did so). most people don't seem to notice or make not of these variations so far. I have seen a few of those on eBay.

    EDIT
I also have the version of Robotech: Battlecry.
I passed up on the GCN collectors edition.

For those who care i picked up the same variation for the Xbox today.
Same deal as the PS2 version.
It is the only one i have seen so far and i am now the owner of it:

I seem to remember seeing these variations at Target and nowhere else (at least the lil' yellow stickers), but I can't be 100% sure...
