Bronty 2-It was handed out NEW at CES like that to magazine editors. It does not have a "factory standard" NES seal, it was different, at least the one I got, and I opened it to make sure it was new, since I was going to play it anyway.

...now he is listing his reseals on Ebay as reseals. I guess now someone else can buy his reseals and then they can rip-off people by selling them as factory sealed.

Well.. now he atleast admit that they are reseal. Damn, those poor people who bought sealed games from him before and think they have something unused He bacame a scam criminal for this little amount of money. I dont understand that he dares either. If someone should open the games you will see if its 100% unused or not. He might go to jail for this.
