Default Video Cards with video input capability

Can anyone recommend a video card that has video input via either S-vid, rgb or composite? Looking for something less than $100 if possible.

I've been searching and only came across an ATI All-In-Wonder 9600, is it any good?

Oh and it has to be PCI or PCI express.

Video input? I don't think I've seen a video card with a video in...I've seen them with cable in, but those are usually over $100.

EDIT: Heh, that one does have them. Where's that monkey emoticon?

If you don't care about having a decent 3D card, an All-in-Wonder Pro or All-in-Wonder 128 would do it. Those might have been AGP only, though.

or is there an adapter that will let me plug in RGB composite cables to my monitor? Anyone know a site where I can find it?

    Thanks Guys.

I use a Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Deluxe and love it to pieces. The quality of the captures is generally pretty nice (well, as nice as Svideo gets) when combined with the sheer awesomness of DScaler.

In fact, I didn't even own a TV for a few years because I just flat out didn't need one with this tuner in my PC. I could hook up my cable to it (hot) and all of my game consoles via a switchbox (hotter).

Don't look at getting anything with component input (like the Sweetspot). While they're pretty nice for getting super clean captures, consumer level cards don't support HD component input (curses!) so you're still only pulling 480i (though extremely clean 480i) and for being 7x-10x more expensive than a good svideo card, it's just not worth it.

Here's some examples of stuff I've captured:

Fullscreen, everything looks incredibly nice thanks to the wonder of DScaler (Greedy2Frame + JudderTerminator + Gradual Noise Reduction + Gamma for the win). Most of the screenshots above have the gamma bit off because I just recently tweaked juuuuuuust right (for me, anyway). The SLAI screenshot shows how it looks right now (second from the left)

Newegg has the Expert version for $36, but I'm not sure what's all that different other than it's a step up from mine. Hell, it even comes with a remote control. (Product page)

If you do go with the Leadtek, just be aware that their support blows and they don't like to keep their page up to date with the latest software and drivers, so either you'll spend a lot of time with google to find forums that can help or you'll have to hook up with someone else with a leadtek card for the goodness (hi!).

If you want decent video input without frame lag for less than $100, you'll have to get a GameBridge.

If you want to go directly to the monitor, then you'll need something like an XRGB2+, since everything else is trash, but that'll cost about $200.
