I was never able to see Father of the Pride on TV, but got the DVD recently... Too bad they didn't make another season. Sigfried and Roy are so funny

Got myself 2 Donkey Kong Hockey Game and Watch this weekend. One boxed and complete, the other loose.

Also got a GB Color, a GB Cam and a GB printer without the link cable (anybody got one ?).

    Me happy.

weirdguy - is it an ordinary GB link cable that works with the GB Printer and Camera?

If so, I've got an excellent-conditioned, working Nyko combination GB/GBC/GBA(?) link cable that I haven't used since I got my SP.

If interested, I'll find or take a picture of this really colorful cable and send it your way.

Flea Market:.......Nothing special but WAY overpriced items...
My Dad picked up a vintage(80's) midsize Pinball machine for $50.00..I set it up(legs on it)..It needs some bulbs to be replaced.

One vendor had a bunch of sealed and opened Sega Master System Games..I tried to grab the whole box for $50.00 but he wanted $100.00 firm..
I'm not up on the rare SMS game prices and what's rare..so I passed it up and just grabbed three games/two sealed..
As I estimated the price per game,if I had spent the $100.00 I would of had to sell each game for more then $3.00 each to break even..
He must of had 4 or 5 sealed "Wanted"SMS games and Kenseiden

PS2 Nascar Thunder 20003 complete $3.00..(I didn't buy all the footbal titles there.

Coca Cola items for my wife $8.00....and a fold up work table for my Pocket Bikes $10.00

Sorry for my language, but I was fucking luckly today. I was in the flea market and, just read:

Five Sega CD games (all complete):

    Sonic CD: $6.85
    Ecco The Dolphin: $1.85
Android Assault - The Revenge of Bari-Arm: $1.85
    Dark Wizard: $8.85
Heart of the Alien - Out Of This World Part I and II: $6.85

I was only looking to buy Sonic CD, Ecco, and Android Assault, but the prices of Dark Wizard and Heart of the Alien were so good, that I purchase them both. I'm not even a RPG fan, but I herd Dark Wizard was good, so I purchase it. The game goes high on eBay (at around $30 or even higher), and Heart of the Alien is rare according to the DP rarity guide ($25).

So what do you think, Dark Wizard and Heart of the Alien are great games?

It was a good finds today for me.

    Video game store:

All 3 were mint and complete for $30 total

    Alundra
    Diablo 2 player for PS1
    Final Fantasy VII Original release

    Then goodwill day today:

TI-99 4A system complete in box $6 had tombstone city, and early learning fun, along with Basic book

Then Non video game but cool games, all complete:

Dungeon! Fantasy Boardgame by TSR 1981
    Dragon Master board game
    Battle Quest Board Game
    Hero Quest Board Game
    Dragon Strike Board Game

All games were $3.00 each, I thought they looked cool, so I figured what the heck. I checked ebay and most of them sell around the $30 range each, so not too bad of a deal

I might trade them if anyone is interested in any

    Thanks
    Jeff

I went to a local game store that was having a 50% off sale on their used games. Normally, their prices are pretty high, but they're much better at half off. Among other stuff, I got:

    Radiata Stories: $22
M.U.L.E. (NES, complete -- opened but minty): $7
    Shenmue II: $5
    Xenosaga Episode 2: $12
    Maximo: Ghosts to Glory: $3

    2 Excellent games

Dark Cloud is one of my favorite RPG games ever made. It really sticks with you. Much more innovative and fun than any other RPG I have played.

Headed down to Bookman's and MAN oh man was I surprised how much stuff I picked up. I was grabbing things left and right and found some great deals!

First things I snatched up were some EXCELLENT classic Sierra titles:

    King's Quest VII - 6
    Shivers - 8
    Torin's Passage - 6
Quest for Glory IV - Shadows of Darkness - 6
    Quest for Glory V - Dragon Fire - 8

All games are in MINT condition and feel complete. Haven't opened the shrink wrap as of yet.

    2600 - Amidar
    2600 - Dodge Em
    2600 - Tutankhamn
    Intellivision - Bump n Jump
    Intellivision - Centipede
    Intellivision - Ladybug
    Intellivision - Locomotion
    Intellivision - Pinball
    Intellivision - Sewer Sam
    Intellivision - Shark! Shark!
    Intellivision - Thin Ice
    Intellivision - Vectron

All games were in excellent condition and all were boxed. Not sure about overlays / manual completeness though. All games were priced 3 or 5 bucks.

Pretty damn decent run. Really happy about the pc games.

    Nothing Much, today:

    NES Four-Score: $6.99

I also got an av adapter for my Atari 2600, but, through many efforts, could not get the system itself to work

    Darkened Skye
    Scooby Doo
    Outlaw Golf
    Legends of Wrestling
    Nascar Dirt to Daytona
    MK Deadly Alliance
    18 Wheeler
    Fifa 2002
    NFL Blitz 2003

for a total of 40 quid (or about $70)

Also I got Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, Hello Kitty Roller Rescue and King Kong for 30 quid total (or about $50).

    LOTS of stuff today:

    NES:
    4 Quattro Adventure
    Cowboy Kid
    Wall Street Kid
    $1.95 each

Everything else below came together as one lot and was $200

    TG16:
    Final Lap Twin
    Super Vollyball
    TV Sports Football

    Jag CD
    Blue Lightning
    Hover Strike: Unconquered Lands
    VidGrid

8 PS1 decks. Each with various problems from not reading to lid not staying latched.

2 SNES, 2 2nd Generation Genesis, and 1 original version Genesis. Each with various problems as well.

Finally the main reason I wanted the lot:
    360 Genesis manuals
    350 SNES manuals
    400 N64 manuals

Most of the manuals will eventually end up for sale here on DP after I sort through them some more.
We saved some guy's life. Killed some vicious murdering lichs and blew up something big. I'd call that a pretty good night.
