The good, the bad, and the bogus

In the mid 90's I checked out a book entitled "The Good, the Bad, and the Bogus" frequently from my local library. It was a book the size of the various multi-game strategy guides at the time, except it centered on reviews. If memory serves me right it covered Super Nintendo, Genesis and Sega CD games.

Does anyone else remember this or have a copy? Back when I got games about twice a year, this thing was crucial to my attempts at finding great games.
