    Sega Nomad - $85.

Not a "find" in my traditional sense of paying pennies on the dollar for the good stuff at the thrifts but I'd been wanting one for a long time and this one had been sitting behind the glass at a local shop for months. Good enough for me, and a nice way to start the new sticky monthly finds thread format!

Lol yeah, not bad at GS nowadays.. pays to keep looking, I got a minty boxed Mega CD II which even came with a Megadrive II attached, with all instructions, spacer plates etc last week for 19.99

They have KOF 95 with big outer box, and Streetfighter Collection at GS.. £20 each.. think I'll get them, as of course I can have the two for £20! so bargain it seems

The Salvation Army probably stole from The Salvation Army.

It was the random cheap pickup at the flea market this week so far...

    Atari VCS - CX2600A (loose) - $0.50
    Sega Genesis 2 (loose) - $0.50
NES Advantage joystick (loose) - Free

All in good shape and now fresh from a full cleaning. Didn't see much else but then again I didn't get out there until about noon or so. I'm going to widen the cartridge slot on the Genny 2 and put a US/JPN switch, probably be up for sale soon enough.

Damn, that bookman's got a lot of QFG stuff in. Now that I have 1 - 5 I should play through em and import the character throughout the series.
I AM JEALOUS HELLVIN! I've been looking for that Anthology, but have only spotted Quest for Glory II in diskette form. *sigh*

anotyher trip to the thrift shops.

mostly non-video game stuff... but I did manage to pick up an older gameboy light (with batteries) for 25 cents a large roll of I think gameboy printer paper..or it could just be adding machine paper..either way it was 25 cents.

I also grabbed ANOTHER mk1 complete for 2$ for genesis..I think this makes 5..anyone want it?

the find of the day was the plug and plays for 2$ each all with batteries and they all work perfectly
I feel stupid but I left the spiderman one behind..and was too lazy to go back for it..oh well

either way a good day for me.

    Stuff I didn't care about:
    X-men: Mutant Apocalypse
    Turtles IV
    Arcde's Greatest Hits
    NHLPA Hockey

    Reasons I bought the box:
    Donkey Kong Country x 2
    Pilotwings
    Super Mario Kart
    Super Mario All-Stars
    Star Fox
    Street Fighter II Turbo
    Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
    Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
    Illusions of Gaia
    Chrono Trigger

Selling the Chrono Trigger, Zelda and a Donkey Kong Country to a friend cheap because I already have copies of these. Pretty good haul if I do say so myself.

    - 100,000 copies of E.T. for the 2600 that I found in a little garbage dump in southern New Mexico
    - A prototype Atari 1450XLD that I found in Goodwill for only $2
    - I will find that my new neighbor will be, in fact, Nolon Bushnell hiding out from that disaster of a TV show he starred in last year ("Made in the U.S.A."). We'll be drinking beer and hanging out in his hot tub and I'll be pitching my idea for a new 3-D video game.
Yeah, right; and I predict that Gunpei Yokoi will arise from the grave and give me his autographed GameBoy prototype (and a six-pack :P)
Ya, well, good luck with that Gunpai Yokoi thing.

By the way does anyone know where I can store a couple 100K of ET carts? It's taking up a lot more space than I thought it would and I would really like to park my car in the garage again.

Oh, and Nolan says hi (his hot tub is really cool).

It's been a good enough month.

    I got:

    NES Bible Buffet $1.99
    NES Mig 29 $1.99
Fisher Price RC car for my kid $1.99

    $30 for:
    CV Pepper II complete
    CV DK Jr complete
    CV Super Action Football complete
    CV Rocky complete
Adam CPM complete (it's a tape, but whoca?)
16 or so SMS games complete including Rastan, Castle of Illusion, Moonwalker (need that I think) and many more.

$3 apiece for Vectrex Scramble, Berzerk and Hyperchase all loose (any Vec find is a good week or month). I also got a pile of not so rare Sears label variations including that cool end label Speedway 2 and some pix for my tradelist at $3 apiece. Guy gave me some free N64 manuals too.
