I have acquired a Pal version of Motorodeo, cartridge only, but in excellent condition. This is at least an R8 on the AA site, and pretty tough to find, though more common in Pal format.

I'm not familiar with a PAL rarity guide, since I rarely come across the games to begin with. I was using the guide from Atariage.com, which shows PAL Motorodeo being an R8.
Not that it makes a huge difference in the long run or anything.
By the way, I also have a PAL Pigs in Space as well.
