The problem with this game is it's not as rare as alot of people think it is.
I managed to pick up 3 sealed copies at around 70$ each at the end of 2002.
Putting inflation and increased rarity over the past 3 years into consideration, I'd say $389 is still too high a price to garner anyone's interest.
Might I suggest $250 plus shipping? Still a high price, but more reasonable and more in line with Ebay sales of the game. You might shift it that way.
$389 is a good price IMO, though I would put it on ebay. I dont think there is much demand here for a sealed copy of that game.
I would hate to buy something for $400, just to look at it, IMO
