Personally, more power to them, but I would never pay that much for boxes and manuals. That is pretty crazy. Sometimes it pays to be a gamer versus a collector...

When you think about it, really that isn't that much money...

For that one lot, you're only paying about 2 dollars a box. And the other one was less than a dollar a manual.

That's the thing though, it seems like alot of money because there are so many manuals and boxes, but when you break it down, it's not that expensive.

    oh hey...its my boxes...

Damn...these went for the most so far. Totally forgot they were ending today until I logged on here. I've still got 4 lots left, so 4 more weeks of box goodness to come. They're all pretty similar, but there will be unique titles in each one. My whole goal was to get rid of them all at once, but also spread across an even mix of games with a few uniques in each lot.

At 300 for each of the first three lots, my 150 dollar investment is really paying off. Oh well, it's all going to bills and a little to the genesis hunt ;D.

If you want to look at it that way, sure.

But $360 is $360, anyway you slice it. Sure, it's about $2 a box, that's nice and all, but how many of those boxes did you really need/want? And in the end, do they really matter? But I guess one could say "So why collect games period? In the end do they really matter?"

    Different strokes for different folks.

Hellvin, you made a nice little profit. Quite lucky.

Nothing like investing a little money to get a lot back, eh?

Just my two cents, but I'd pay $2 per SNES box or manual any day of the week. That's pretty cheap, all things considered.

Sorry about that man =\. Would love to get everyone what they want, but it's much harder to get rid of them all. I think I may have another lot with mario rpg in it, but of course, every time it has around 30 watchers towards the end.
