Really odd connection between Adult Swim + Megaman Legends

I feel really wierd for having noticed this but on tonight's Adult Swim the background noise playing in some of the skits is the exact same background noise from the outdoors areas of Megaman Legends. I recognized it because the annoying little clip is looped unstoppingly throughout the game, and when I heard it I was like "Wait a goddamn second." It's in the background of the scene when the Alien is playing the Predator in chess but also used briefly in one of the following scenes.

It's like, this almost melodic bird chirping.

I don't know if it's just a stock audio clip or what, but it was downright wierd to hear it.

The birds singing, yes, I remember that from MML too.

It's probably some stock footage sound you know.
