Looking for a PC version of this game. Any clues?

You could use MAME and get the rom (kchamp.zip). Buy a PC controller that has 2 Analog sticks (there is a saitek controller that looks like the PS1/2 controllers) so that you can replicate the double joysticks of the arcade. As for buying the game, I am not sure if Karate Champ was made, BUT check this out:

It's just like Karate Champ, looks like International Karate also on C64, Amiga, Atari ST etc
