Default Capcom Soldier Pad, A Little Help Please...

Does anyone else remember these? I had one for my SNES back when SF2 (I think) came out. Some kind of offer where you could send in a certain amount of $, and they would send you the pad. Heres a link to an eBay auction if your not sure what I'm talking about LINKY

I had one when I was younger, but for the life of me, I cannot remember how it arrived at my house. Does anyone know if there was an official box or bag that it was shipped in? Documentation? Anything? I have seen Japanese boxes, but I'm pretty sure I would remember it arriving at my house with Japanese writing on it :/

I'm pretty sure it was a plain blister pack with a card featuring more or less the same art as was on the game box. I could be wrong though.

Yep, definitely a blister pack, though I think the artwork was different than the games (but it was official Japanese SF artwork).

I remember I got both the SNES and the Gen ones from KB Toys pretty cheap not long after they came out. Kind of awkward controllers, but still cool.

Yeah I bought one from my EBgames back in the day. It was in a blister pack with official Super SF II artwork. Japanese product that EB must have gotten a deal for because there were tons at multiple stores in my area.

    Purchased for $4.99 USD.

My friend also has the Genesis version of the pad. Different colored buttons (Green instead of blue).

I remember finding one at Wal-mart for $3 back in 1994.

Yes they did come in a blister pack, similar to the Japanese ones you've seen on Ebay lately.
These cartridges are dirty as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!
