I am interested in the broken AES. Whats wrong with it exactly?

A bad crysatal I do belive. Looks like something was spilt on the board wich I washed off pretty well but that didn't fix the porblem. I think its the crystal becouse a friend of mine had a similar porblem and was supposedly fixable with a new ntsc crystal. That and the top of the case if cracked were the power switch is along with the power switch cable missing. Its a really low moddel # 15495.
