Twisted Metal Black Online DVD Case Insert

I posted this a while back, but figured since maybe more people have this game now, more can use it.

Since it comes in a cheesy cardboard case, I made a DVD case insert for the game. Looks much nicer this way amongst the rest of your games.

Or go to Sears and get the AOL CD in a DVD case for free. I have about 50 DVD cases all free this way. Plus 50 discs for target practice.
