Default Lumines 2 for PSP, and Lumines Plus for PS2

    http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3149981

Buena Vista Games officially announced it will be publishing Lumines II and Every Extend Extra for Sony's PSP in addition to Lumines Plus for the PS2 and the intriguing Meteos: Disney Edition for the Nintendo DS.

Lumines Plus is a new version of the original handheld Lumines title heading to home consoles via the PS2. Meteos: Disney Edition, for obvious reasons, makes us think of Kingdom Hearts mixing with the Meteos' unique puzzle gameplay.

11/15/06 release date for both titles.

    Wow, that looks...exactly the same.

I can't complain, though...more Lumines is always good.

Really does... but yeah, more of this would be good. Hell, I'd slam down 30 quid for another stellar soundtrack.

Hope they add something new, though - and not just for the sake of it.

I'm glad they're putting it on the PS2, now I won't have to get a PSP to see what all the fuss is about.

I'll second that. This is the game I'd been wanting a PSP for.

Man, I was so glad to hear this. I love Lumines and it's the one game that always finds its' way back into my PSP time and again. I can't wait to see whatthey add to the PS2 version and what they add to Lumines 2. One of the things I hope they add is being able to have high scores for each board...or something kinda like that. Otherwise, if it ain't broke (and it isn't!), don't fix it
