This game does not exist. I think you're thinking of Super Street Fighter II; Turbo was never released on the SNES.

Uh, Street Fighter: 2: turbo was released on the SNES.
Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo Revival was a GBA game.

Yeah, I don't know why these Top X lists are popping up, they are all underway in classic discussions.

you can not compare that snes list with this one

- it's only 50 games
- they don't get ranked
- they can fall out of the list
- it's a discussion based list while this one is votes only with strict rules
