I found this at a flea market a couple months ago and was wondering if anyone else knew anything on this. i know that koolaid once did a promotion where you could send in points for nes stuff. Anyone remeber what you could get or happends to have the old aid for it? I also know this was set up in super markets. Anyone remember what was played on it and what exactly were the challenges? I asked the guy who owned the market if he knew if there was a cart or anything else for it but he was clueless. By any chance anyone else owns one?

From what I can remember two of the prizes were the wired and wireless NES multitaps (Four Score and the other one). I know because I was trying to save up Kool Aid points for one and by the time I finally did they stopped the promotion.

I think I remember that contest, it was one of those saturday morning contests. Baisacly, you bought a packadge of Koolade Koolers and on the back was a bunch of numbers. The commercial had this stoner surfer guy telling all the rules and on the announced day he would read off the numbers, if they matched you win.

Needless to say I did not win.

edit: Well it seems I misread the post, but I think the contest was related to that particular offer since I remember that display being up when I grabbed my losing packadge.

One of these was put on e-bay last year...the bidding went to around $150 and the reserve wasn't met. I think because it was local pickup only though, and he lived in one of those states where few collectors reside.

It will work after I put a t.v. and a nes into it. The power box needs replaced cuz however owned it cut the cord off. The mechanics that make the kiosk move up and down needs adjusted. Other than that and very lite paint cracks it was in realy good condition for being stored outside.
