Heh heh, i just heard the sound of a chainsaw on the TV downstairs as was typing this..

What games do you know of that have Chainsaws in them? I already know of some, But i'm not posting them up. I'll allow someone else to do so.

And if you want to, post pics of the game or pics of in the game.

Nothing more satisfying than dicing up deadites with my chainsaw and then blasting them with my boomstick in the Evil Dead games.

And for the life of me I can't remember, but one of the classic FPS had a chainsaw as the melee weapon. Quake maybe?

Edit: Well apparently I was too distracted to see someone mentioned Doom above, so that must be the FPS I'm thinking of.

Castlevania 64/Legacy of Darkness - If I remember correctly, a chainsaw wielding maniac chases you in the garden. Also, you get one in Silent Hill.

Well, Doom and Doom 3 were already mentioned. Of course Doom 2 has one, as does Final Doom.

This link says that the SNES game X-Kaliber 2097 has an android boss whose right arm becomes a chainsaw. The boss's name: Chainsaw.

On a side note: somebody needs to produce a sequel to Timber that lets you use a chainsaw. The original limits you to axes.

There must have been a chainsaw in Zombie Revenge for the DC! Don't quote me, bu if there was an industrial drill then there must have ben a chainsaw!

As far as Splatterhouse is concerned, there is also a chainsaw in Splatterhouse 2. Unlike part 1, where the only chainsaws were attached to Biggy Man, Rick can use the chainsaw against the third boss. Unfortunately, that's the only place in the game it can be found.

And I have to ask... were there any older Evil Dead games? I don't recall seeing any (except for a bad Zelda II ROM hack) prior to Evil Dead: Hail to the King (PSX, DC, PC - and yes, the chainsaw was present in it). Then again, maybe there was a PC game or something prior to that that I never saw.
