Also, both N64 Castlevanias had the evil gardener in them (loosely based on what was originally supposed to be a player character).

And I have to ask... were there any older Evil Dead games? I don't recall seeing any (except for a bad Zelda II ROM hack) prior to Evil Dead: Hail to the King (PSX, DC, PC - and yes, the chainsaw was present in it). Then again, maybe there was a PC game or something prior to that that I never saw.

DIdn't House of the Dead 1 have zombies with chainsaws, too? I'm wanting to say they were the fat zombies that were dressed in the denim overalls sported the chainsaws..

I believe so, and they also carry them in the 2nd game. I haven't played the 3rd in the series, but I be they have them as well.

Just about to say that. Im pretty sure that HotD 3 also have chainsaws.

Serious Sam 1 & 2 (or atleast one of them) also have chainsaw. Maniac Mansion also have a chainsaw in the kitchen. U cant use it tho hehe.

Didnt Sam & Max also have a chainsaw in it? I think was in the intro or something. I think there was an adventure game (possible Zak McKraken) where u could pick up a chainsaw, but you could never use it due to no gas. Wouldnt suprise me if Manhunt and Postal 2 also had a chainsaw in it.

Zak had the useless gasoline and Maniac Mansion had the useless chainsaw. When you try to use them in either game, the character say comments relating to the other game having the gas/chainsaw.

BTW: Do you know how to make it so Doom64 isn't so freaking dark? I've been pissed off because I put my TVs tint to the max and gamma on the video options for in-game. Nothing! It's dark as all bloody hell.
