My cousin and I used to play NES Commando every time we got together as sort of a ritual. In the course of playing it zillions of times, we noticed that if you did things just right (it was random to us), you could get the "alarms" on stage 4 to go nuts. It would sound as normal, and then as you left the "alarm zone", depending on your timing, the last alarm blast would continue going up in pitch until it was inaudible. Sort of like "Weee.....Weee.....Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......."
My cousin was the one who could get it to happen, and he died a few years ago, and I'd like to hear it again as a reminder of something we laughed our asses off about. I can't seem to time it right, and I'm impatient.
So the first person to pull this trick off and record it (I don't care if it's emulated) for me gets all of my meseta.
Thank you for playing. Your great player. This post was ended.
