This was my first day off in three weeks, so took advantage and went to Flea World.

NES Advantage - $5 - needed one badly.
Gradius (loose) - $5 (more than it's worth, but it's embarassing to not have Gradius, plus it's a great game)
Joe Montana Sports Talk Football (cib) - $0.99
Centurion: Defender of Rome (loose) - $0.99
    Risky Woods (cib) - $6.99
Buck Rodgers: Countdown to Doomsday (cib) - $9.99
Space Harrier (SMS, box) - $1.99
Fantasy Zone (SMS, loose - $2.99
    Hang On/Astro Warrior (SMS, loose) - $2.99

A few decent deals, and a few games I just wanted. Risky Woods is surprisingly cool. I picked up he box the last few times I went to Game Traders but didn't get it. I'm glad I finally did. I've wanted Fantasy one for a while. I don't like buying loose SMS & Genny games, but I'm glad I picked it up. Very fun.

What an overpriced day at the flea market. The most annoying thing about it was that there were 7 different vendors with at least one NES for sale. Not one of them was under $25 and none of them would budge on the price...

Games weren't cheap either, I only picked up rare titles that I didn't already own, although I just found out that The Guardian Legend isn't rare at all :/. Oh well, first time I've seen it in the wild, so I didn't hesitate. The three games I picked up were:

The Guardian Legend (w/ sleeve and... woo hoo, Mario Sticker!): $5
    Chameleon Twist 2 (N64): $5
Raiden Trad (Genesis, complete and in nice shape except for that nick on the cart label ): $4

I blame the bad weather on the lack of variety. The rain has been on and off all morning, discouraging the out door vendors from setting up their booths.

EDIT: I just realised after adding these to my inventroy that I'm now at 600 unique video game titles... yikes.

    Hit up Gamestop today:

    Time Crisis 3/new: $25

Everything else is pretty much what it says...except X-Men Legends and Jet Set Radio Future were free. Woo!

Sadly, I only have space on my dvd rack for 1 more PS2 game...so I've gotta be ninja careful and make sure it's one I really really want

edit - just came home from the BX, where I picked up Marc Ecko's Getting Up LE for Xbox. Only $20!

oh i love the boot sales... i hit 3 today with limited cash, but still came back with a smile
PS1 games are appearing on nearly every stall as if they are worthless junk nowadays and being sold at 50p a piece... Needless to say, they get snagged by me :P

After haggling with one seller, getting Alex Kidd for MD (Not pictured) for 50p, i then went onto the next stall to see Resi Evil 4 (GC) and asked how much it was... £10...
Then to hear in the background, the previous seller said to her friend "He runs a gameshop doesnt he!?"
I turned my head and winked at them
Funny moment for me i guess...

50p, 50p, 50p.... Yay for Resi Di cut, Sil Hil, DSF & Crash Bash!!

    75p each

    Pikachu GB Bag - £1
    Boxed GB Games £1 each
Unboxed GB games - £5 for all
(i think, it might have been £4... My memory is hazy about 6:30am...)

    £3.50 for all

    £1

    £2

    Astro Wars - £1
    Pokemon Pinball - 50p
    Sega Data Organizer - 50p
    Bit Char-G - £1
    Pokemon Toys - 20p each

And now for my best buys of the day

    £1 Namco Stick

£12 for all 3 (Quite pricey, but i couldnt turn them down...)

    All 5 for £5
The two spare Chun-Li's ill sell/eBay or something...

Also got a few common megadrive games for the girlfriend, along with various Lilo and Stitch merch for her... shes nuts.

Also Bill & Teds Bogus Journey for 50p

Now i must sleep, its been a long day!

It was in an issue of T&T. I think it had some kind of card-game feature...

Anyways, I hit a flea market with a frugal muse store next to it (gawd, the thing must have had at least three full rows of PS2-to-NES game); heres what I got:

    > Coleco Quiz Wiz (works; Complete with box [has many bulges; won't shut correctly w/o a little "adhesive reinforcement"], crumpled advertisement, "editorial correction" paper(?), Quiz book #1 (1001 questions) complete w/ buldging box, book and cart, and book #20 (Sherlock Holmes and other Famous Mysteries)- $3

    > Game Informer issue #154- $.95

    Default Anybody got a HELMET?

Found a Helmet (CN-07) game and watch with box (no instructions) that still works and a "190 in 1" NES game. I never realized how bad the spelling for those multi-carts really was.

    .74 cents each.....WOOT WOOT![/img]
Wise man: When you removed the book, did you speak the words?

Ash: Yeah. Well, maybe not every single syllable exactly, but basically I said them.
