NEED: Mario Kart DS Case PAL

It's an odd request, but one that must be made...

I recently got a great deal on the UK version of Mario Kart DS, only it was loose, either way 50p is a great deal. Anyway, I'm loving Mario's latest kart action, but I hate to own a loose game. So...

Does anyone have the box to this? The UK PAL version preferably, but NTSC would be acceptable. Manual would be a plus. And of course, I'm willing to pay.

They'd sell a case on it's own? Never even thought about contacting them. I do need the insert aswell though.
