Default Wanted: Soundtrack to 3DO Road Rash with Swervedriver

I'm looking for the soundtrack to the 3DO version of Road Rash. It includes bands like Soundgarden, Swervedriver, Paw, Hammerbox, Therapy? and Monster Magnet.

Here is a list of the 12 songs included in the game:

    1. Soundgarden - Rusty Cage - Badmotorfinger - 1991
    2. Soundgarden - Outshined - Badmotofinger - 1991
    3. Soundgarden - Kickstand - Superunknown - 1994
    4. Soundgarden - Superunknown - Superunknown -1994
    5. Swervedriver - Duel - Mezcal Head - 1993
    6. Swervedriver - Last Train to Satansville - Mezcal Head - 1993
    7. Paw - Jesse - Dragline - 1993
    8. Paw - The Bridge - Dragline - 1993
    9. Paw - Pansy - Dragline - 1993
    10. Hammerbox - Trip - Numb - 1993
    11. Hammerbox - Simple Passing - Numb - 1993
    12. Therapy? -Teethgrinder - Nurse - 1992
    13. Therapy? - Auto Surgery - Shortsharpshock - 1993
    14. Monster Magnet - Dinosaur Vacume - Superjudge - 1993

Has anybody gone to the trouble to tracking down all these songs and actually putting them on a disk? As far as I know, EA never released an actual Soundtrack for this version of Road Rash like they did for Road Rash 3D for Playstation. Road Rash 3D contains a completely different mix of artists and songs.

I think in Europe they got the soundtrack with the game. But as you probably already know, many times the songs on the official soundtrack are not the same as the songs in the game (ie Wipeout XL)

There were two version of Road Rash for the 3DO released domestically. One is just the game; the other had the game AND the soundtrack CD. Obviously.. the double disk version is harder to find, and rarely shows up on evilBay. I have one. Just keep an eye out for it.. it DOES pop up occasionally there; and when it does.. usually doesn't go for much more than the common one (I think I got mine for less than $20 after a few failed attempts.). Good luck.

BTW.. both copies look the same.. except for the one with soundtrack CD says so on the front (an orange starburst as I recall.. mine's in storage). It looks like a sticker.. but isn't.. it's actually printed on the box cover.

So the soundtrack that you have has all the songs listed above? If so, please pull that baby out of storage and help a brotha out!!!

Yeah, I have that soundtrack...it comes packaged with the game, not separately in a sleeve or anything. I'm not selling mine tho Great music.

Woah. For a second there, I thought your title said 'Skrewdriver'.

I'll go dig it out tomorrow and compare it against your list. I really don't remember too much about it except it was a little too grungy for my tastes (music did go well with the game though).

If it's what you want.. I suppose I could make you a copy.. I'll let you know.

I think this has crossed the line into solicitation of burned music, which we cannot advocate. Nobody is getting killed here, but if we let this go I can foresee others looking for copies of soundtracks.

Anthony1 if you want to start a new WTB thread for the original soundtrack feel free, or I'm sure you can find those tracks on legal music download sites.
