It has something to do with the team that made the video having a version of software that shows the apple logo when starting.
It's a sign that Apple is going to buy Sony.
"In other tech news today Sony has announced a partnership with Apple for the launch of their latest games console. As part of the agreement Sony will change the name of the console from 'Playstation 3' to 'Pippin 2'.
Sony President Ken Kuturagi said in a press release today, 'We felt we needed to rebrand our console with a name that more accurately reflects it's exorbitant price and doomed future. A partnership with Apple and it's similarly doomed Pippin brand is a natural for Sony.'"
Here's the problem: Jobs would fire Ken so fast, he wouldn't know what hit him.Originally Posted by smork

yeah what it really was was a brief mistake on the web designers for sony. Apple has nothing to do with the playstation 3. But keep the jokes flowing though cause even though I love sony, I think apple computers are the worst.
While the logo is just a fuck up on the part of Sony (most likely trying to steal an effect) a partnership with apple would be a great idea. They're already in bed over Blu-Ray and with Sony pushing E-disturb if they cut off their own bullshit service and went with Apples iTunes store it would be huge business for both companies.Originally Posted by mailman187666
