Default largest modern/classic used video game store in the US

i recently read a post that had pics from an absolutly HUGE video game store in Japan. so i started wondering, what is the largest used/new video game store in the US. i don't mean companies but a single store. is it the DP store in New Jersey the largest? i searched yahoo but didn't get anything meaningful.

the largest used game store i ever been to was my local malls "video game exchange" which was small, about as big as an average EB games store.

I don't in California, but the time I went to that place in this dump called North Hollywood, I was sure to check out Game Dude. That sotre was a warehouse filled with stuff from every era and on consoles that are nigh impossible to find games for offline (Lynx, Jaguar, Turbo, etc.).

    It was very cool.

Trust me dude, thay aren't that cool, I used to work there. I quit because I got a good look at certain bussiness practices that they practiced and felt guilty knowing that I was a party to some very shady dealings. They have sionce been sold and have a new owner, but one of my buddies still works there and he says that it hasn't changed much! It is a huge store and depending on how long ago it was that you were there, it has probably grown quite a bit as well.

    What kind of "shady practices"?

Buying merchandise that was obviously aquired via a "five finger discount"?

Possibility is infinity! You must be satisfied!

I was at Gamedude in May 2003. Have they gotten bigger since then? I've seen pics of that biggest used games store in Japan and I don't think Gamedude even holds a candle to it. Gamedude has a huge space but is not as densely packed as that Japanese store was--not even close. And what exactly are the shady practices they engage in?

I had a guy open up a shop after moving here from California a few years back and he called the shop Game Dude. I wonder if this was the same guy? I thought he was a bit of an ass..... He didn't last long either. Now I see him selling his stuff at a local swap meet every weekend.

I'd like to hear about this dirt, too. I have family that used to live in North Hollywood and I always made a point to visit Game Dude whenever I went to visit them. I loved that place.

yes if there is a game store out there with "shady practices" that you know about, it's your duty to inform the rest of us so that we know what to expect if we shop there.
