I'm pretty sure there is no Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World box. It was a pack-in with the later SNES models iirc. Just trying to help you out with that wild goose chase. Hope you find everything else you're looking for.

There is in Europe because it did end up being sold separately. I guess you can hope the same happened in the US
