Default Need help with a Q-Bert Coleco Handheld

Well I got this nice Q-Bert Coleco Handheld today.

No battery cover... can live with that. The previous owner managed make one with some white plastic thing.

No artwork... that's the part I have trouble living with.

This is a long shot but does anyone have a file (PDF, Illustrator, anything) of the artwork, so I could have them reprint on a good quality sticker sheet and install them.

I'll ask my girlfriend to try it tonight, in which case I'll send it to whoever would want it.

Also looking for the same thing to restore my Donkey Kong Coleco handheld.

Are you missing all of the stickers, or just the 3 on the sides?

There's 5 stickers total on this: Top, Left/Right side, 'moniter bezel' and 'control panel overlay' (to use arcade game terms):

I've scanned the top sticker, which is easy (it will sit perfectly on the scanner), but the side stickers won't lay flat becuase of the shape of the game... I've attempted to scan one of those as well, but it goes out of focus toward the bottom (but maybe you can use it for reference). I will attempt to take digital photos of the sides, bezel and ctrl panel tonight, which might work as is, but you'd at least have a good reference for re-creating the sticker art.

Here's the two scans I just made:

I also have images of the Coleco games (DK, etc.), but I think they could use some improvement... (I didn't create them, I got them from a guy on Ebay a while back...) I put them in the same place as the Q*Berts...

    Hope they help a little...
    Rik

It's not a Coleco game, it's a Parker Brothers game.

Who looks like a noob now ?

In fact I'm really a newbie in the handheld world. But I love these little machines.

rik1138 : I'm missing all of them except the CP Overlay. I'll try to have my girlfriend to do them in Illustrator (she's much better than me at these things). BTW, great site you have there.
