Basically I had an auction end about 7 days ago for a snes game, the buyer emails me 3 days later asking where his package is at. I tell him it has been shipped and should be there soon, a few days after that I get message saying "Either you refund my money or I will take steps toward legal actions."
I have a tracking number to prove I sent it, is there actually anything this dude can do, legal wise? He also opened a dispute and I gave them the tracking number.. Should I just refund this dudes money, or let paypal handle it?
