Sources fopr Obscelete ICs

I need four obscelete sound ICs for a hardware refurbishment product. Unfortunately, I don't know of anywhere I can just buy them without having to place at least $100 orders. Can anyone recommend to me a good place? Can I piggyback on somebody's big order?

What part are you looking for?

There's quite a few places for arcade game chips (which very commonly use obsolete chips)... but it kinda depends. Here's a few that I can think of:

There's also sometimes a compatible newer part that works, or that you can slightly modify to work.
