I kinda want to auction off a ton of games. Would be sweet if a cheap listing day was on the horizon. Anyone know? Is there a long warning in advance eBay gives us, or do they just kinda randomly drop it on you?

Ebay never, ever, ever advertises sales in advance. Why would they? Say they annouce a sale for Sept 13. Who is going to list anything on Sept 11-12? They usually announce the sale ~12 hours before the sale day begins, sometimes even sooner. They didn't notify sellers of the most recent sale until 9pm the previous night. By that point, I had listed my week's worth of items.
Also, they've had a ton of sales recently (to "make up" for the ebay Stores fee increases), so don't expect anything amazing soon (like the 10c listing day you mentioned). They might throw us a bone in the form of half-off-useless-auction-upgrades, but I pass on those.

Pity... I've got several very high priced items I'm looking to sell coming around.
Load em up into tubo lister and wait.
They like to do these on unpopular days or close to the end of the quarter if they aren't going to meet expected numbers for thier stockholders. Sometimes on holidays or the day after a major holiday like cmas.
