Default Some price-drop resistant Gamecube games have dropped!

Cheap Ass Gamer was reporting that GameCrazy had some price drops on some Gamecube games that have been stuck at $50 new for a while. Confirmed it today by picking up the following new for $14.99 each:

    Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
    Battalion Wars
    Chibi-Robo

There are also reports of these prices being found at Circuit City and Sears Essentials, but there has been no confirmation of a universal price drop. These are still at about $36 used by me, so I wanted to put out a heads up for anyone else looking for a deal on these games.

Saw all three at Fry's today for $14.99. Picked up all three at Fry's for $14.99.

Funny, I was excited enough that I was about to start a thread on it myself. I doubt any of those three are selling well enough to justify the $49.99 tag.

Now if I can find a big price drop (i.e. - anything below $49.99) on Steambot Chronicles I'll be a happy man...

I'd recommend going to Toy's R Us to check their price on these. They're running a buy 2 get one free sale. I'll have to go out at lunch today to see if I can find them for that price.
    Take care,

    Thanks for the heads-up, Rich.

I went to the stores at Mitchell and National Ave and got Battalion Wars and Fire Emblem. No Chibi-Robo, though.

Great prices for these GC games which hardly drop in price. I'm still waiting for Double Dash to get cheaper than $30. (sigh)

Heads-up: Cheapass gamer reports that Walmart sells Chibi-Robo for $7.50, same price for Odama and Karaoke Revolution. (couldn't find either)

Another good GameCrazy deal for price resistant RPGs: Wild Arms Alter Code F finally dropped in price. EBgames sells it now for $20, however, GameCrazy sells it for $15.99. (confirmed, I got one.)

    Thanks for the heads up!

To tack on to Lendelin's post, all Wal Mart clearance prices seem to vary by location.

Bought two Fire Emblems at my local GameCrazy. Had a few more copies of Batallion Wars and Fire Emblem when I left. But ZERO Chibi-Robo. Will check around this weekend when I go out again.

Figures. I bought Fire Emblem AND Battalion Wars a couple months ago at $30, figuring they wouldn't be dropping further anytime soon.

    Poopie.

Circuit City has Chibi Robo at $14.99 on their website (but you can only purcahse it at stores.)

I stopped at Circuit City on the way to Toys R' Us Mew promotion this morning, and they had Mario Baseball marked to $16.96.

I went to a CC today, and yeah, they had Chibi-Robo and Battalion Wars for $14.99.

I picked up up another Battalion Wars, got the two Chibi-Robos; there were still four or five Battalion Wars left.

Another decent deal: CC has Shadow of Rome for $13.99.

Man... Circuit City, Wal-Mart and Toys R Us were all a bust, but I was at least able to pick up Battalion Wars at Game Crazy (last one! they were all out of Chibi Robo, dang it). I'd check the CC online store, but they're "closed" right now, and it was acting very odd yesterday, so I may have to give up -- anyone still holding extra Chibi-Robos, keep me in mind...

Argh! I checked CC online yesterday, and Chibi-Robo was $50; it's back up now, at $15, but sold out. Grr!!
