I don't know too much about it but should I fear for
my factory sealed copy of FFVII. Will there ever be
a point where Square Enix will start reprinting its
classic titles like such?
I'd be more concerned if they made a remake of FF7. They say it won't happen, but money talks.
They have already done many printings. FFVII has to be one of the most common games every made.
If your copy has an original black label, then I would say it will hold most of its value. However I think there are tons of GH out there and eventually people will realize they aren't that rare.
The plain labeled games are the first runs, the ones with the ugly green "Greatest Hits" are the later reprints.

The only place that MIGHT try this again (and I doubt it due to them not being able to move the extra copies to GS/EB like they did before) is GQD who got some of the really pricy PS RPG's reprinted a year and a half ago.
On top of that Sony stopped support for the system over a year ago so no one is supporting the system anymore.
Just spend a little time looking for the game, you'll find one off ebay for a reasonable price.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
