MegaMan Anniversary Collection (Xbox360 issues)

So I got this game new for $14 at Circuit City, heard it was compatible with the 360.

The truth is, yes and no.

The game starts out very choppy during the intro, the game starts up and everything seems fine, up until I start playing Mega Man 8.

What happens is the character sprites of MegaMan, Rush, and Master Robots are distorted. Could be a sign of poor emulation?

So I got a wild idea and decided to call Xbox support to inform them of this issue.

So I called 1 800 4MY Xbox and this guy just listens to me, cant even speak english. I said "Yes I'd like to address this issue" and he is like JUST A MOMENT! NAME PLEASE? I'm dealin with Apu pretty much,

So after 4 minutes of waiting, he proceeds to tell me to try it on another console and make sure the disc isnt scratch (But I told the guy it was purchased brand new right?) and that was the end of the conversation.

Lost 7 minutes of my life to a dummy who probably hasnt played a video game yet somehow ended up a Phone Tech for Mircosoft Xbox division.

ONLY IN AMERICA BABY!

Back to the point, this sucks ass, the rest of the games play perfectly fine on the MM Anniversary Collection while on the 360 except for this damn game.

So I ask, has anyone else had this problem?
