you could probably sell a PS2 with 2 games for $250, but it doesn't state exactly which games, so you might get stuck with some bad games.....so that cuts into the profit that you're not getting much of anyways......

The way it looks to me is those PS2's LOOK new -- boxes and everything. Assuming they are new, they go for $200 each, so 50 is worth 10,000. Also assuming the games are all ones you can sell for $50 each, that's 50 games for another $500. If the reserve is not below $10,500, then NO ONE should buy this as they would'nt make any profit selling them. As it is, I'm not sure who would anyway. If the reserve was like 8000 or so, like the current bid, THAT'S a different story. And, of course, all I said above assumes all of this is NEW. Used PS2's can be found for $150 and good games for around $30-40.

50 games at $50 each would be $2500 not $500
    And it's not 50 games it's100 at $50 = $5000
Maybe time to brush up on the math skills ?

    Whoops! My bad. x_x

Long day, what can I say?

Okay, then, changing what I said -- ASSUMING everything is new and worth top value, then 50 PS2's for ten grand and 100 games for another five grand is $15,000 -- a wholesaler can make some profit on re-selling them, then. But the original poster with his cost estimates could also be correct.
