Image needed to be run through a brightness filter before I could even see anything. Image was still grainy and poor. Then there's the javascript that prevents anyone from easily right clicking and copying the image, stupid stupid stupid.
If you use Internet Explorer you should get that little image image toolbar that appears when you mouse over a picture. You can easily save an image with it by cllicking on the "save image" button.

On a mac you just ctrl click, and save...pages like that never suspect it! Alternately, save the page, modify the code, reopen and save...

Why save the page and edit it when you can use the view page, and just copy & paste the image URL? Anyway the anti-clicking code that seller used is one of the weakest one. If you right-click and hold the mouse button down, hit enter key to clear the warning message. Then release the mouse button, and the sub menu appears.
