WTB : PCI Graphics Card

My cousin wants to be able to play older PC games but his built in Intel Video on his computer won't let him.

So I'm thinking someone here might have a CHEAP 64-128mb Geforce card.

It has to be PCI and be in working condition, and did I mention CHEAP

I can get you a PCI ATI Rage II which should be fine for older PC games. And it is cheap.

(However, I quite suspect there is an easier solution to this than getting an entirely different video card. Perhaps you should start a new thread in Off-Topic detailing the nature of the technical problem?)
