    Default rechargeable batteries on gb

i read the instruction book for the gba and it says not to use Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. if you do, will it hurt anything? what about older gameboy systems? what about other electronics?

    Thanks!!!

I've used Duracell NiMH batteries on the Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, GBC, GBA, and Neo Geo handhelds. For me, they all work perfectly well with NiMH. I use the same kind of batteries for wireless controllers, my computer's mouse, my camera, and CD player, too.
