Default Question for all Carmageddon fans

I just downloaded this game, and all I have to say is it is one of the best racing games I have ever played, and one of the funniest games. I was wondering though, could I buy a USB steering wheel and pedals and play? I cannot stand playing racing games on the keyboard, but if I have to I will.

I don't see why a USB wheel wouldn't work, if it's configured right.

Look around the net and track down some of the car mods. There's one unlockable car in the game that blasts out lightning whenever you pass a pedestrian, but the car's so low to the ground you can nearly total it by hitting a curb. There's a mod out there to graft on 4X4 truck wheels onto it, making it the perfect vehicle.

I wish I could play Carmageddon, but I only got great performance on my old Mac when I used my ancient Voodoo 1 3Dfx card on it. When I upgraded to a Voodoo 3, it wouldn't work in hardware rendering mode anymore. And the graphics are a bit glitchy in software rendering mode, especially nowadays when it's played through OS X's Classic environment.

I had a demo of it for the mac in OS9x. I had to let it go due to no emaulation support. Good Times....
