How is it that dishonest? It's in the first sentence "this auction is for a demo disk..." Not buried deep in the middle of the paragraph like the GameFaqs guy....

I ment the TITLE of the auction.

You should clearly say in the title what you are selling -- if it's a demo, then say something like "XBox 5 games -- demo disc" or something.

People who don't and put it in the descrption pray on those stupid enough not to read the whole auction before bidding.

Personaly, I just see it as dishonest and that's why I make sure to always say in the title what I'm selling.

Don't these demo disks come for free with the system or something like that? I don't follow the newer stuff that close. Just curious.

The demo disc could be one of two things. Either one of the demos that Microsoft sends to stores like Gamestop, or Toys R Us, in the white slip cover packaging, or this guy is auctioning off a demo disc from the Official Xbox Magazone. Whichever it is, whoever bids on one of these aucitons should read the whole thing, not only the header. I know I'd be pissed if I spend $30 on one of these.
