Can I block zero feedback buyers?

Goddamn newbies.

I sold a copy of FF7 over the weekend and the person who won was a zero feedback buyer. This guy is not replying to my messages asking what is up with payment. I normally like it if buyers let me know if they're getting the money in their PayPal account or something... silence irks me.

I'm sick and tired of these zero feedback idiots. Can't I block them? I know I can block people with unpaid item strikes...

I believe you can only block negative feedback bidders.

just go to your auction and click revise auction. there is a buyer requirement section that you can change to pretty much whatever you want.

Yeah, but you only have the option of blocking people with -1 or lower feedbacks. You can't set it to block 0 feedbackers...

Yeah, looks like you are right. You can always cancel their bids I guess . The worst ones are the ones who use buy it now and then don't pay for days or even a week. These people suck.

Now that you can block. Enable "Buy It Now requires immediate payment" in your auction options.

eBay only allows you to block bidders with negative feedback or people who have had a certain amount of NPB complaints recently but not zero feedback bidders.

Personally I don't really have a problem with zero feedback bidders, people have to start somewheres. In zero feedback people have a better reputation than many power sellers.

I don't have a problem with zero feedback buyers. I've had successful purchases made by these buyers several times.

But most of the time they're newbies who don't really know what's up. They don't pay, they don't ask, and they want to pay with a method I can't (or won't) accept. Like money orders. And when I refuse payment they yell at me.

This idiot cost me fifty bucks, so of course I'm ticked off. If he doesn't pay me soon, I have to wait another week to be able to relist the item...
