Well I've got nearly every DC game I want other than the 3 shmups I have on pre-order, and a couple of fighting games to get. Oh, and I fancy a bit of Maraca shacking action too, strangely. I've also recently decided my NGPC collection is about as complete as it's getting, as I have all the games I want and will actually play.

So I'm currently rebuying all the NeoGeo games that I really want in AES format. I'm seriously considering a PSP for the fighting games too...

I have about 4 GameCube games on order now including Puyo Pop Fever which I just ordered. Once those arrive, I think I'll have 91 games for the system as I get ever closer to my goal of 100 GC games....

I have several now. Since I bought my HDTV, I've been upgrading all of the cables that I use. I have bought an S Video cable for my Gamecube and One for my saturn, And I am going to buy a VGA cable for my dreamcast, And perhaps i'll mod a genesis to output S Video.

And If you have bought an Xbox 360 wired controller and used it on your PC, I'm sure that you will agree with me: It makes PC gaming much better! Now I want to upgrade my PC!

Finally, If you have been watching the Angry Videogame Nerd's videos, You may want to play the games that he reviews no matter how bad they are. Well, I've been thinking of buying a Power glove.

Nokia N-Gage for sure, been buying the stuff like crazy, 24 titles to go for completion.

ASM (Aktueller Software Markt), German 80s/90s gaming mag (approx 120 issues for the whole run). . I have the first years run (86/87), but moving to UK prevented from continuing.
Now back in Germany I am trying to pick up the remaining issues About 50 issues to go for completion.

I was on a LucasFilm/Arts collectors bug but wow, that stuff is still in demand, even on Ebay. Put that on hold for now.

I go through spurts of N64 bugs and NES box bugs.
I'll sort of buy dozens of boxed/complete N64 games in a month, and then switch my focus to buying NES boxes (or boxed/complete games and then just taking the boxes from them).
That it what I've been doing for the last 6 months, anyways.

If only you had mentioned this 3 months ago. I had approx 30 ASMs from 89-94 (95?) and gave them away for a ridiculous price. I'd rather have passed them on to a DPer :-(
And by the way, do you know kultpower.de and kultboy.com? At least you'll find a few ASM scans on there....

This sounds like an interesting magazine. I'd be interested to see what was popular in Germany during that time frame.....I know the C64 was still big in North America at that time.

I sorta went the other way on this, Im in the "sell everything except for a few select items" bug. Space concerns and overall lack of interest has made collecting sort of HO-HUM for me lately. I never had that much to start with, so I've been trying to sell off smaller "chunks" of my collection to free up some space.

But I will say, even though I'm parting with alot of odds and ends, I am still highly interested in SNES/N64/GBA/DS NFR Demos, and NES pirate carts, so those wont be going anywhere

I sort of went nuts starting in the new year. Didn't really have a collection before that, just a few NES games and a toaster that didn't have a power cable. Picked up a power cable for it, and that along with picking up an SMS w/games and a bunch of Colecovision games from my in-laws basement set me off. I quickly have picked up:

    Colecovision system
Atari 2600 and the Sears atari console
    Intellivision
Multiple NESs and I'm up to ~160 games
SMS original controllers and some games
    SNES
    several Genesises
2x Sega CDs (1 of each)
    Genesis Nomad
    PSX (mainly for FF games)
    Saturn
    Virtualboy

And of course games to go with all of those. A lot of this I picked up along with NES stuff (that I specifically wanted), and I just have a tough time parting with anything. So, right now I have more of the 'focus my collection' bug, so I'm selling the intv, genesis (just going to keep the Nomad), Sega CDs, an extra PSX w/ games I'll never play. I'm really on the fence about the Saturn, it seems cool, and I got it along with a bunch of games, but most of the games I think I'd want to play seem over priced for this system (damn collectors driving the prices up! ). I'll probably sell it once I play/beat MegaMan 8 (and keep MM8 to complete my 'classic' MM collection). Haven't decided if I'll keep atari stuff, or just focus on CV for that generation. I'm so undecided on so much stuff... HELP! hehe.

The main bug I have, if any, is for the VirtualBoy... but so far it has been a tough itch to scratch (without shelling out for eBay prices). I love Craigslist, and that's where I've gotten most of this, but VirtualBoy stuff doesn't come along often.

My main focus at the moment is puzzle games on the DC, DS, Gameboy/Colour/Advance, NGPC, PS1, PS2 & PSP. So far I've got 128 of them, but there's loads more to buy on my 'wants list'. I'm on the verge of collecting all PAL NGPC games, but so far I've managed to hold off & just stay on the puzzle route.

I just received Puyo Pop Fever yesterday and still have 7 games on order. When those all arrive, I will have exactly 100 GameCube games, the goal I set for myself to finish off my collection for that game. I think 100 games is a nice round number and I don't feel I need to get every single game. I was thinking of getting Super Mario Strikers but then realized I forgot about 1 game so I'll have a hundred games already...oops, I just remembered another...so now I'll have 101 games. I guess this means I can get back down to 100 games if Radio Allergy is cancelled...or I can just sell one of my games. Here are the games I still have on order...

    All-Star Baseball 2003
    Batman Begins
    Donkey Konga 2
    MLB Slugfest 20-04
    PN03
    Radio Allergy
    True Crimes: Streets of L.A.
    WTA Tour Tennis

I'm not even sure I'll like PN03...some people love it while others hate it...so it could very well be the one extra game to go.

Hi Glider buddy (if it's you?)

My main focus of the moment is the GB, GBC and GBA.

    I've picked up recently:-

    GBC (boxed mint)
    GBC camera (boxed mint)
    GB printer (boxed mint)

And the following games (all complete):-

    BoulderDash
    Revenge of the Gator
    Battletoads
    Bubble Ghost
    Batman
    Batman Revenge of the Joker
    Kid Dracula
    Game & Watch Gallery 3

    Kirby Tilt n Tumble
    Konami Collection 1
    Konami Collection 2
    Konami Collection 4
    Toki Tori
    Survival Kids
Legend of the River King 2
    Dragon Warrior Monsters
    Monster Rancher Battle Card
    Hamtaro Ham-Hams Unite
    Revelations
    Dragon Warrior I+II

    Racing Gears
    Final Fantasy I+II
    Final Fantasy IV
    Final Fantasy V
    Final Fantasy VI
    Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak
    Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land
    Counter Punch
    Pocky & Rocky
    Hamtaro Ham-Ham Games
    Demi Kids
    Final Fight One
    Lady Sia
    Shining Soul II
    IK+
    Breath of Fire
    Boulderdash Ex
    KuruKurin Paradise
    Bubble Bobble Old and New

I'm desperately trying to get hold of complete copies of Kirby's Star Stacker, Kirby's Dream Land 2, Dragon Warrior III and any of the GB Final Fantasy Legend games. It's also much harder to get them in the UK as most US ebayers won't ship to the UK

I have 2 bugs circling around my head, which seem to take turns biting me. One is the Atari 2600 bug. Before my collecting hiatus I was into boxes, but now I'm going after some of those rare/semi-rare loose carts. The other bug is the VIC-20 one. Right now I'm at 118 unique cartridges, but it's hard to find more. Even on eBay they don't come up that often.
