Speaking of TMNT, I heard one of the NES games will be making it to Wii's Virtual Console.
These cartridges are dirty as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!
That is the most clutch thing I have heard dealing with the XBOX in awhile.
I dont have a 360, but this is great news! I would have downloaded it at once if i had a 360
I think I'm the only person on the face of the planet who didn't like the TMNT game, at all.
I guess I was already too old when the turtles became popular in the late 80's. Personally, I'd rather play The Simpsons.
While I'd be as stoked as the next person (if I owned a 360, that is), I would have to wonder if it would be the same gimped version we got as a bonus on TMNT2: Battle Nexus, with the music and voices replaced with what were apparently Casio samples.
Wow, this is a definate download for me if/when it comes out...
Yeah, this whole partnernet thing is really starting to piss devs off...
yesssss
I hope next game is Sunset Riders ,Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles : Turtles in Time ,Super Contra
Super Contra is a NES game. So, forget that one. This will be on Wii VC.
TMNT IV is a SNES game and an arcade title. Another likely Wii VC title.
Sunset Riders. SNES game and an arcade title. Again, seems more likely for a Wii VC launch.
Live Arcade is possible...I just don't see it being likely
A dev over at the N-G forums has confirmed this has been up there for awhile.

Woah, not even close. For anything beyond initial network testing, developers have to toss the game up on partnernet. Games can be up there weeks, even months before they're officially announced. One of the problems with partnernet is that everyone can see everything, and it's all free (downloads are free in partnernet). Now you have random websites who seem to have bought dev 360's on the black market, and they don't really know the rules. They're just going down the download list and announcing the games before the devs are ready.
How would you like it if you spent 2 years and a few million dollars working in secret in a game, and some punk with a stolen devkit makes the press announcement before you do?
