Okami - Where is Power Slash 3?

Ok sop picking up a few things I hadn't been able tro find, looked at a faq to see where powerslash 3 is and it really wasn't any help at all. Checked out others and they all said the same thing: 'Jump off the path in Wep'keer onto a cliff and slash the bronze rock'. Well I have been looking around the path up to the lake with the wreck and can only see two places to jump off. One just before the village elders house there is a small ledge but no rock.

Also just after Kai's house where there is a small frozen pond and two normal big rocks but no bronze rock?

Where am I going wrong here?
