I dunno, maybe it's just an attempt to evade ebay's strict piracy rules. But if I was some Dragonball collector and it turned out I spent nearly $50 on an "official" product that didn't exist (and has "production numbers" either pulled out of the sellers ass or he was just terribly misinformed about) I'd be pretty pissed. I'm debating whether to report this auction to safeharbor or not. It really kind of seems like the guy may sincerely believe the cart and his numbers are for real.....

I actually remember seeing another auction for this very same blue version of the cart with the same claim that it's genuine a year or two ago. I don't remember whether this seller was involved or not, though.
