Yeah, I heard about this last week. It's a sweet deal but any time I've ever tried to get in on one of these CC release week deals, they're always sold out and I end up going home with nothing.
Ended up pre-ordering from RedOctane instead ($90 for free ship + gig bag + no sales tax). Don't really want to give CC any more business anyway after hearing that bullshit about them sacking their retail workers.
Also keep in mind that Circuit City just announced that they're laying off most of their more experienced but higher paid employees and replacing them with minimum wage employees. Laid off employees will be allowed to re-apply in a month or so at a very reduced rate.
I won't give them a dime of my money.
