Default Best poster I've ever seen for sale at Wal-Mart.

So I was in my local Wal-Mart the other day, and I decided to breeze through their posters really quick...even though most of their posters usually consist of Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and the latest Transformers movie. However, I found what I think is the coolest poster I've ever seen for sale in their store...a retro looking Pac Man poster! I bought it on the spot for 6 bucks, and framed it.

It's a good sized poster too - 22" x 34". I imagine just about every Wal-Mart is carrying this right now, as well as other stores. Obviously this won't be your cup of tea if you're only into buying vintage or rare posters for your game room, but it's still really cool.

Thanks. I'll definitely be on the look out for it next time I'm in Walmart.

    Sweet poster!

On a different (but similar) note, Walmart also has some really cool Super Mario blankets/throws. I bought the throw for my futon in my game room, and it is a nice touch for $14.

Ah yeah, I've seen that one, along with some Mario posters at my local WM too. I picked up the Mario Galaxy 2 one myself.

On a related note, since you're into posters featuring retro graphics, I assume you've seen this at Club Nintendo?

What he said. I'm a Pac-aholic and gobble up Pac-Man merch like it was my job. Looks like I'm going to Wal-Mart later today (needed to anyway but this totally makes the trip worth it).

Saw the same Pac-Man poster at an FYE while killing time last night.

I second the opinion of the ghost on the bottom. It's neat, but such a random assortment of characters.

I actually haven't seen that before. I'm assuming it must come in a set of 3 posters like with Mario and Zelda, correct?

Went looking for the Pac-Man poster yesterday and didn't find it. I'll have to keep looking around here and not just at Wal-Mart. I must have eet!

Nice! I really like that poster, I should take a look and see if the Wal-Mart around here has it.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I saw this poster at Walmart yesterday...

Some differences from the OP: Mine was 16x20 (I think) and it was already framed (a black frame similar to the one in the first post).

It was priced at $9.98 (or something weird like that) but it rang up for $5.

They had other posters too: Halo (Halo 3, I think), Angry Birds, Mortal Kombat, etc. But the Pac-Man one was definitely the coolest and classiest. I was so excited when I saw it. Only one of each at the Walmart I went to.
Formerly the poster known as Retro Pro

Cool, thanks for the heads-up. I will place it beside my framed Pacman Fever LP.
