I've always wanted to post in this thread, it's like the best prank ever(at lease for DP, that I'm aware of).

I'm kind of wondering if that butter monster image was programmed from scratch just for this prank. That would be an awesome game if it were made, even if it had nothing to do with the real Bio Force Ape that was in development.

Hey guys I played a little more with the game today and discovered a new move! You hold the punch button, hold down and release and the ape unleashes a super move. It's so powerful it messes up the game's graphics.

Why hasn't anyone homebrewed this? Someone homebrewed Q*Bert for the Atari 7800 just to pull off a prank, so why hasn't some industrious programmer decided to hack up some generic side-scroller and put in all the weirdness from this thread? Who wouldn't want to play that, a game where a half ape/half man fights a giant butter monster with a devastating pixel-destroying explosive fart special move? Fucking best game ever.
