So what's the plan for tonight? Any pre-CGE festivities?

Chris
I've got 3 large bags of chips that i'll be bringing along as well (doritos ruffles and cheetos), I don't drink much so I'll be more than happy to help move stuff up and down after the auction/party, i'll be wearing a 1up mushroom hat and a kingdeom of loathing tshirt so I should be fairly easy to spot!
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Good luck!
If someone could pick up an extra shotty for me, I was not able to make it this year. First time since 1999 I have missed out.

I thought the party was awesome.
Huge thanks for bringing the Rock Band rig, although I wish I'd brought my Lipps mics. And we could have used a sound system for louderness.
DP party was better than ever, and I loved the suite!
Nice work to all who were involved in making it happen!
A list of things I'd want for next year:
A dark room with party seizure inducing lighting and Adrian's mix (where was that?) for dancing/partiness. There were three separate rooms after all.
A better curated selection of games, like Dreamcast with Chu Chu Rocket and SF Rush and 2600 with Warlords highly recommended.
Otherwise, super bitchen awesome!
The mix was there! But... there was nothing to play it on. No sound system to speak of. I've been in many "high-roller suites" in Vegas, and was a little shocked that there wasn't even a basic iPod clock/radio to play on!
:-(
But hey, I had fun playing Rock Band with everyone! And the boozing and schmoozing was good too!
Love, Adrian
I had a great time too! Yeah, I spent probably too much time playing Rock Band, but then again, someone had to break the ice... :P
And for having tried (just a sip, I was on beer!) that cookie-dough vodka, I gotta say it tasted really good!
Hey y'all! I had fun meeting all of you! And thanks to whoever brought the genesis flash cart. We had fun with that.

An epic time for sure.
So glad to meet a lot of you that I hadn't yet! Everybody was awesome.
Glad that people enjoyed the whipped cream vodka. I couldn't get the cookie dough flavor local to the hotel, but the ABC store on Freemont had the whipped cream. Just as good IMO.
As far as the games that were present - I LOVED the SNES homebrew port of the laserdisc arcade classic Road Blaster (AKA Road Avenger AKA Road Prosecutor) that was on the SNES flash cart. Anybody who gets one of those needs to download that game.
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
I enjoyed the Jaeger shots, and the free beer. And harrasing the people playing rock band! ha! Rock Lobster FTMFW!
Not so much tho how terrible the wexican (buzz) was at singing, but a great time.
